Some of you (hi mom!) may be wondering why I haven’t magically materialized on my fancy sort-of-real-time GPS-driven current location map yet. This is understandable, as I was supposed to start biking today.
However, as per my modus operandi, I was a bit late getting everything together aand hitting the road, and hence didn’t actually make it to Virginia until it was far too late to begin biking. So instead of being in a tent tonight, I am living it up at the Holiday Inn Express. I will be setting out tomorrow morning first thing on a very long ride (as I have a few miles to catch up.)
This works out incredibly well, however, because there is currently a huge storm raging outside.
